As you know by now, I like to give an image of what this sale is like since many of you have attended hundreds of sales.  This one is a bit tricky because inside the house the furnishings are of better quality and the furniture is sturdy (oak), attractive and in good condition.  So on one hand, it would be perfect if you are furnishing a B&B or new apartment from scratch. On the other hand, there is a major workout area in the basement and a large tool collection in the garage.  Here are some details to tempt you further:
